Shots of Osaka’s Central Market are up on Getty Images’ site. The increasingly rare tuna being expertly carved up. Shot early in the morning, prime time in the seafood business. Happy hour is at about 8am, accompanied by the most delicious and fresh sashimi you can imagine.

Here is some footage of one of the best Korean pickle stands in Osaka. I used to go there regularly for a bag of standard cabbage variety, and another with pickled dried squid of the same flavor.
